Present tense in ninety seconds
Stem, stem+t, stem+en. Then the six irregulars you use constantly.
Take the infinitive (werken), chop -en to get the stem (werk). Then: ik = stem. jij/hij/zij/u = stem + t. wij/jullie/zij = the full infinitive.

In a question with jij, the -t disappears: Werk jij morgen? Not 'Werkt jij'. Only when jij follows the verb.
